Now Enrolling Patients for New Chronic Sinusitis Study

Are you suffering from recurring sinus infections or chronic sinusitis? Has your doctor said you may need surgery? If so, are you interested in a potentially less invasive option? Kentuckiana ENT is conducting a clinical study of an investigational device used to treat chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS). Dr. Scott Elected Vice Speaker to AMA House of Delegates

The American Medical Association (AMA) has announced the election of Bruce A. Scott, M.D. as the vice speaker to the AMA’s House of Delegates.   “It’s an honor to be elected to the AMA House of Delegates where I plan to serve as an essential voice on behalf of our nation’s physicians and patients,” said Scott, who currently serves as president of Kentuckiana ENT.   An experienced leader within the AMA, Dr. Scott has served as president of the AMA Resident and Fellow Section, the young physician member of the AMA Board of Trustees, vice chair of the AMA Advisory Committee on Membership and president of the AMA Foundation. Dr. Higgins selected to lead KSO

(Lexington, KY)– At the most recent meeting of the professional society representing Ear, Nose & Throat doctors throughout the commonwealth of Kentucky, physician peers from the University of Kentucky, University of Louisville, and private practitioners in Kentucky elected Dr. Thomas Higgins to serve as their President for the term of 2015-2016.
